Judge Carolyn J. Thompson, candidate for the NC Court of Appeals, was part of WIZS’s continuing coverage of the upcoming general election. The N.C. Court of Appeals is the second-highest court in the state, and as the name implies, the 15 judges that make up the court sit on three-member panels to review lower court rulings.
